At ParcSync, we respect your privacy and make it easy for you to fully delete your personal data and account whenever you choose.

How to Delete Your Account and All Personal Data

  1. Open the ParcSync app on your device.
  2. Go to ProfileAccount (or Account Settings).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your account and all associated personal data are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.
  • This includes your profile information, sync history, preferences, uploaded files, and any other data tied to your account.
  • The deletion is irreversible and happens instantly upon confirmation — no waiting period or retention for backup purposes (except where required by law, e.g., financial transaction records mandated by applicable regulations).
  • After deletion, you will immediately lose access to the app and all synced services.

Data We Cannot Delete (Legal Requirements)

In rare cases, certain information may be retained only as long as required by law (for example, billing or tax records). This data is anonymized where possible and is never used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

Verification & Support

For security reasons, account deletion can only be performed from within the app by the logged-in user. If you’ve lost access to your account or device, please contact our support team at support@parcsync.com with proof of ownership, and we’ll assist you promptly.
