ParcSync LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the ParcSync mobile application (“App”).

The App is a parking management tool that allows users to locate and connect parking spaces at no cost, sync with vehicle data, and receive parking-related notifications. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide: account information including your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, parking preferences, user content, feedback, reviews, and support communications.

  • Automatically collected information: location data, device and usage information, and vehicle data when you enable related App features.

  • Information from third parties: data from integrated services such as mapping services, parking providers, and analytics providers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the App, enable parking spot search, reservations, notifications, personalize your experience, sync with vehicle data, communicate with you, analyze usage trends, develop new features, comply with applicable laws, protect against fraud, and ensure the security of the App and its users.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers, parking facility operators or municipalities when necessary to facilitate reservations, legal authorities when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may also share non-personal, aggregated data for research or marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You can enable or disable location services in your device settings or in the App, update or delete account information through App settings, opt out of non-essential notifications, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, provide the App’s services, or comply with legal obligations. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter unless you request deletion. Usage data may be retained in aggregated form for analytics, and certain data may be retained to comply with legal requirements or resolve disputes.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The App may integrate with third-party services, such as mapping providers or parking operators. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. The App may also contain links to third-party websites, which are not governed by this Policy.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. Contact us if you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information.

ParcSync is based in the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, or opt-out of sharing where applicable.
